This application allows users to consolidate key functionalities, such as making payments, viewing account details, and accessing community information into one accessible interface.

For those with existing login credentials for their association website, access to the app can be achieved using the same email address and password. New users who do not have current login information can easily register by clicking the register button and submitting their details. Upon approval of the registration, users will receive an email containing a link to set their password, enabling direct access to their accounts via the app.

In situations where users may have forgotten their password, the app provides a straightforward recovery option. By selecting the 'Forgot Password' link and entering their email address, users can request a reset link sent to their inbox. Once they establish a new password, they can log in promptly using their email and updated credentials.

Upon logging in, homeowners will find a variety of accessible features including:
